PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to the Organic law15/99 of 13th December on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform to all users that:

User Data: The personal details of registered users are stored into the database of TICforyou. The information contained in the mentioned database is used for the correct identification of the users which require information about TICforyou, as well as for statistical studies of registered users in TICforyou. All with the aim to improve the services, to carry out administration tasks and to report about incidences, offers and news by email to registered users. When you register as user in TICforyou, you agree to TICforyou handling your personal information for internal purposes solely. In the case that we need to transfer this information, the user will be properly informed in advance in order to know if he/she will authorize it and to inform him/her about their rights regarding these practices. Every user has the right to access, modify, correct and cancel his/her personal information by sending an email to baja@ticforyou.com (please write in the subject BAJA), or sending a letter to TICFORYOU, Apartado de Correos, 29 - 46600 – ALZIRA -VALENCIA (SPAIN).

Forms of information: Any personal details that are included in the forms of information or emails are not stored, and they will be used for customer services solely. 

Cookies: TICforyou uses cookies. The cookies are only associated with an anonymous user and computer, and they do not provide another user information. In this way, the user should not log in as registered user every time that he/she accesses to TICforyou web site which are reserved for them solely. The used cookies can not read any data of your hard disc or cookie files that are created by other suppliers.

As user you have the possibility to configure your browser to be notified about the reception of cookies and not allow the installation of them in your hard disc. For the use of TICforyou web site is not necessary that the user allow the installation of cookies sent by TICforyou. If the user does not allow the installation of the cookies, he/she must register every time that he/she accesses to the web site.

In all cases, the user will be responsible for the accuracy of the provided information. TICforyou reserves the right to exclude from the registered services to any user who has provided false information, without prejudice to other actions that proceed into the Law. 

TICforyou reserves the right to modify this policy in order to adapt it to the new legislation or jurisprudence as well as industry practice. In such cases, TICforyou will publish the changes on this web site with previous notice before implementation.
